I don't like Truffle, but I decided to get it anyway because I loved every other Uncle Mungo's Sauce flavour, and I'm glad I did! It's so nice! It doesn't have that sharpness that Truffle usually has, but it has more of the nice mushroom flavour which I like. It's a strong flavour for sure, but so well balanced with garlic, Onion and Chilli.
Like a spicy punch in the truffle. While I love most of the products here, this is not something I plan to buy again. I find truffle is definately better as a light accent. But this was overpowering as soon as you open the bottle. However, if you lover truffle flavor, this would be good to get just for the strength of it, and spread it thin.
This sauce is a game changer! The blend of hot sauce and truffle is genius! On meats, sandwiches, pizzas, absolutely anything! I can’t get enough! Best discovery I made at the food and wine festival! Sooo delicious!!!!!
I have had about 80% of Mungos sauces from COVID 19 down. The flavour profile on this one is so good. Even none chilli eaters like this sauce. It lifts pretty much any item if food it's applied to.
Love this! Super truffley (you can even smell it soon as you open the bottle!) But got a good chilli kick too
